I've worked both in Australia and Europe, in both private and public sectors, and I'm a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), Continence Foundation Australia, and the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA). I'm always staying up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices through ongoing education and professional experience.

Consultant Physio, Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Olivia Sabatier
I am a Physiotherapist, Pilates practitioner and Yoga instructor with a big heart for women’s health. My hospital and private practice experience has seen me managing a diverse array of acute injuries and chronic conditions, which I approach with a combination of massage, dry-needling, yoga and clinical exercise.

I am particularly passionate about exercise in the child-bearing years, and optimising women’s health for everyday demands of pregnancy and motherhood. I also offer Internal Pelvic Release Work, which assists in birth preparation, post-partum healing, managing incontinence or constipation, chronic pelvic pain, painful intercourse or management of musculoskeletal hip/pelvic joints/lumbar conditions.

For me, self-care may look like micro-bursts of reformer Pilates in my garage (plus or minus a son or two in tow), a Yin yoga class, a quick run, a dark chocolate dessert, or full immersion in nature with my family.
Massage Therapist
Miho Arai
I'm excited to share a bit about myself and what I bring to Health Canvas. With over 15 years of experience in Japan and Australia, I've had the privilege of studying various massage techniques in different parts of the world, including Japan, Australia, and Thailand. I firmly believe in the mind-body connection and how massage and exercise therapy can greatly improve your overall well-being.

My approach is all about individual's goals. By incorporating deep tissue, myofascial release techniques, myofascial cupping, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, Thai style, reflexology, and more, I create a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs.

Helping people live happier and healthier lives is my passion. Whether it's the individuals I meet or the ones close to me, I strive to make a positive difference. That's why continuous learning is crucial to me - I believe it's my duty to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and practices in order to provide the best care possible.
In my free time, you can find me practicing Pilates, enjoying the great outdoors, meditating, diving into a good book, or taking care of my loveable Jack Russell pup.
I'm thrilled to be a part of the Health Canvas team and look forward to meeting you and helping you live a life of happiness and quality.
