At Health Canvas we offer exercise classes like Yoga, Clinical Pilates, and Strength training that can help to maintain healthy and able pregnancy, prepare for delivery and help with postpartum recovery. We also offer post-surgery recovery programs. We keep our class numbers small, so you get personal attention and guidance from our experienced clinicians.
